The Comfort Zone

Hello you lovely lot. I can't lie, I've not got too much to say at the moment. If I'm honest, I've been feeling really uninspired lately, so there's no 'think piece' from me today. Instead I just want a bit of a catch up with my blog. And first of all I want to simply share with you this absolute beauty of a sweatshirt. Pretty Little Thing kindly sent me over some pieces ahead of their Black Friday etravaganza on the 23rd November. This is the first piece I reached to and had to wear straight away. I can't express how soft and snuggly it is, but hopefully it comes across in these shots. Also I do love that it's a boxy cropped fit, long enough to cover me up in areas that I am not prepared to flaunt in October, yet still short enough that I can tuck it in to my jeans without looking like a Joey in the episode where he steals all of Chandler's clothes.

Since the UK has gotten pretty cold in the past week or so, I'm pretty thrilled to be embracing all the cuddly clothes again, so this half zip, and the Borg trend as a whole, is right up my street. Layering is taking over my life again which means that I am well and truly back in my comfort zone. And controversially I'm going to say that that is really not a bad place to be. After all, who doesn't want to be comfortable?

I've spent the weekend this week on a real chilled vibe, which for me is a real must have at least once a month.  Does anyone else start feeling really exhausted and over-whelmed when their weekends are full up with plans week after week? Especially after working all week too, I find it all gets too much, and I always long for some down time to re-charge.

In other news, I went to watch A Star Is Born this week and to say I was blown away is an understatement. I've had the soundtrack on repeat all weekend as a result, it's blooming  amazing! Is anyone else as obsessed as me? It's the best film I've seen in a long time, so I strongly recommend giving it a watch if you haven't already...

Happy Sunday All!😘
